It is with enormous thanks to Jonathan Plunkett, and my great pleasure, that I can announce Wellington Green Prints is now able to offer for sale, with permission of the Plunkett family, fine giclee prints of the whole archive of George Plunkett’s famous and respected photographic record of Norfolk, and in particular Norwich.

Jonathan has provided Wellington Green Prints with all the photographs his father made transferred directly from the original negatives to high resolution digital images. These have a much higher pixel count than can be seen on the web page archive and provide the best quality record from which to produce high quality prints.

The archive spans over 75 years from 1936 and records in fantastic detail and methodical research, almost every aspect of architecture, community, and street life of Norwich & Norfolk through the 1930's to war, bomb damage, peacetime rebuilding, the 50's, 60's 70's 80's, 90's and up to the millennium.

The galleries which can be accessed at: http://www.georgeplunkett.co.uk/Website/ and also available via The British Library's UK Web Archive and contain:
